About us
Schrader Group is a German engineering company founded in 1969 in the Münsterland region of Germany. It specialises in designing and building customised industrial plants and technical systems for a wide range of industries. With more than fifty years of experience, Schrader works closely with customers to develop tailored solutions from the first idea through to delivery and service. Schrader plans, engineers, builds and supports industrial plants and equipment that help companies improve productivity, safety and efficiency. The company serves customers in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, automotive, wood processing and pulp.
Their work includes:
Developing complete turnkey plants that are ready to operate when delivered.
Engineering systems that meet specific requirements for performance and regulatory standards.
Providing service, maintenance and spare parts support after installation.
Schrader engineers complete industrial plants that are tailored to the customer’s needs. They handle projects from the initial concept through final installation and commissioning. These systems are built for reliable, efficient production and meet industry standards.
Typical plants include:
Extraction plants for separating valuable components from materials.
Distillation and rectification systems to purify liquids.
Evaporation plants to concentrate or recover liquids.
Product being exhibited
The production of fiberboards generates large amounts of wastewater and requires substantial quantities of fresh water in the steam generation. High costs for water and disposal, combined with increasing regulatory demands for wastewater treatment, make it essential for companies to adopt sustainable solutions. SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH offers a promising evaporation system that not only ensures comprehensive wastewater treatment but also recovers energy and reduces operating costs. The SCHRADER-System collects wastewater, processes it, and returns it into a water loop in the form of steam. The system starts with mechanically separating solids from the wastewater. These solids are fed into the energy plant to contribute to energy generation. The wastewater free of solids is then fed into the evaporation plant where it undergoes a thermodynamic separation process. This produces a concentrate and a condensate: The concentrate, like the solids, is fed into the energy plant to generate energy, while the condensate is fed into the process steam generator. The process treats all the wastewater, avoiding expensive disposal and saving a large amount of fresh water.
